🔥 Cardamom! I was inspired by the fire drink I had yesterday! 🔥🎋 Cardamom is a tropical shrub in the ginger family. It is used in Indian food, both savory and sweet and has been used in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine.
🎋 Cardamom's another wonder spice! 🎋 Cardamom can be consumed by making a tea, chewing the seeds or adding the ground seeds (powder) to foods. 🎋 Chewing the seeds is said to relieve indigestion and flatulence. 🎋 Chewing the seeds is also said to freshen breath. Cardamom extracts have also been shown to be effective against oral pathogenic bacteria such as Streptoccoccus mutans and Candida albicans.
