What do I mean by "High Performance?"
High performance is defined by the High Performance Institute as "succeeding beyond standard norms, consistently over the long term, while maintaining your well-being and positive relationships."
And in practical term, I would define it as being clear on what your dreams are and consistently working towards them. And consistently maintain great relationships in your life!
Reading “High Performance Habits” by Brendon Burchard, in September of 2017 changed my life. As soon as I finished reading "High Performance Habits," I started from the beginning and read it again. I registered right away for the four day live High Performance Academy that took place last Spring and decided to train to be a Certified High Performance Coach. Before all this, I already knew I wanted to live my life in such a way that I wouldn't have regrets. |

I don't dwell on it, but I believe that we really don't know how long we have on this earth. I really believe that we should be careful with what we put of until "later."
Yet even with that belief, often I would feel that my goals and dreams wouldn't get my full attention. I was often distracted by things that didn't really deserve my attention. My kids are 15 and 12, and already I'm getting much less time with them. How do I want to show up with them? When do I need to put myself or my marriage first? What's really important?
I'm still not perfect, but I feel like the strategies I've learned in the past year and a half have helped me to make more deliberate choices about how I spend my time and which goals dreams I pursue and how I do it.
I'd like to work with you on these same principles!

How do you achieve "High Performance?"
To begin with, as your coach I direct you to work on five main areas of your life:
- Clarity - Do you feel you're clear about who you are, your purpose, and the direction you want to go in life.
- Energy - Do you consistently have enough mental and physical energy needed to excel, accomplish your goals, and feel motivated and happy?
- Courage - Do you take action and consistently express who you truly are and what you truly think, need, and desire with the world?
- Productivity - Are you consistently focused and effective, and are you good at minimizing distractions and maintaining priorities?
- Influence - Do you feel you have the social influence with your family, friends, and team needed to accomplish your goals?
If you were to rate yourself on a scale of one to ten in those five main areas of your life, what would your score be?
Are you ready to change your life for the better?
I’m trained to lead my clients through a 12-week process designed to help them to:
- Achieve more fulfillment in their life and work,
- Achieve more engagement and alignment, by doing the things that matter most and matches their areas of genius,
- Develop clarity and focus around their purpose and what drives them to make decisions,
- Achieve personal leadership – breaking free of overwhelm and reacting instead of leading others and themselves,
- Master their mindset and psychology, developing rituals and habits for better performance across the board,
- Experience less stress, distraction, energy drain, and overwhelm,
- And do this while maintaining optimal well-being and relationships.
